Hi, I’m Louisa, an award winning wedding cake designer based in Bristol.

I’ve always loved to bake and spent lots of time making cakes with my mum when I was younger which is where some of my recipes came from.

What began as a creative outlet making birthday cakes for family quickly turned into something more . I realised just how much I loved the craft, and how fulfilling it is to bring joy through beautiful, delicious cakes.

A few years on I found my passion for making elegant, modern wedding cakes and sugar flowers.

 I design and create each wedding cake from my home studio in Bristol, a peaceful space where ideas come to life, sugar flowers bloom, and every detail is crafted with care.

I absolutely love what I do!

My style is all about clean lines, sharp edges, and a modern, refined aesthetic .

I take pride in using top quality ingredients ensuring each cake tastes just as incredible as it looks.
